Theory of Action

Van Soelen & Associates, LLC grew out of the dire need for educators to be engaged in the highest-quality professional development possible. Educational leaders are busy - often not making space to craft meaningful professional development experiences that prompt participants to model back in their school district, school, grade level, department, or classroom.

If time and space is created for educators to learn together,
then change can happen.
And if these collaborative t‚Äčimes are structured by skilled facilitators, then improvement is inevitable.
And if these educators practice discipline to tackle issues of excellence and equity for each child,
then transformation will occur.
And if educators are transformed,
then students will be better served.
